The hilarious actress Kaitlin Olson is also the star of 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' and 'Finding Dory'.
It's not every day that Rozanne McKenzie and Rob Forbes get to sit down with a seasoned, humble, hugely talented actress such as Kaitlin Olson.

Born in Portland, USA, Olson started her acting career by completing a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and performing on stage before making the big move to Hollywood.
The dream of making it in the big city became a reality for her.

Kaitlin soon had recurring roles on hit shows like 'The Drew Carey Show' (1995) and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' (2000).
Then came the role she is probably best known for, 'Sweet Dee' from 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia'.
While these roles have been close to Kaitlin's heart, she is now the lead star in a crime procedural unlike any other.
'High Potential' follows a single mom with an exceptional mind who is the cleaner at a police department.

She helps the homicide department solve a case, and her unconventional knack for solving crimes leads to an unusual partnership with a by-the-book detective.
After the success of the first season and Kaitlin's brilliant portrayal of the role, it was no surprise that there would be a 'High Potential' season two.
