'I wish the world knew how much they love each other' - Tyler Perry

When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moved to California, Hollywood mogul Tyler Perry offered that they stay with him for a while. Billionaire Perry spoke about the moment and said he wished the world would understand how much the Duke and Duchess went through and the love they have for each other.
The billionaire actor and filmmaker, Tyler Perry, who is well-known for his 'Madea' movies, appeared on 'Today' to talk about his new film, 'A Jazzman Blues'.

The hosts, Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, asked Perry about offering his home to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, after they stepped back as working members of the royal family in 2020.

"It was a very difficult time for them. What I know about the two of them, that I wish the world knew, is how much they love - these two people love each other. They found each other - out of all these odds against them finding each other, they found each other. The love they have is really, really moving, and I just wanted to do anything I could to support them."

"If I don't have that, what she and Harry have, I don't want it - that's really amazing," Perry added.

The Duchess recently revealed that Perry called her before she married Harry and told her that he was praying for her "and that he understood what this meant, and that he could only imagine what it was like." Perry also said he'd always be available for support or advice.
