5 October is International Teachers' Day so it's time for a 'Thank you'.
Often, we take things for granted in life.

Any level of education is a right, not a privilege, but there are many people on this Earth who still do not have that right.
Teachers have to deal with toddlers, children, teens and even adults every day, and they have the major responsibility of shaping these students into human beings who are ready to take on the world.
There might even be a perception of teaching being "easy" but it can sometimes be a thankless job.
World Teachers’ Day is held annually on 5 October to celebrate all teachers around the globe. It commemorates the anniversary of the adoption of the 1966 ILO/UNESCO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers, which sets benchmarks regarding the rights and responsibilities of teachers, and standards for their initial preparation and further education, recruitment, employment, and teaching and learning conditions.- UNESCO

Teachers should be and need to be celebrated, supported and appreciated every day.
So let today serve as a reminder for you, your kids or anyone else to say thank you to a teacher (especially with it being so close to the end of the year).
