Job search platform Career Junction recently conducted a research study to analyse and understand the employment trends for the upcoming year.
According to Business Tech, the research involved investigating hiring trends, the growth of specific job roles, the decrease of job openings, and the most in-demand jobs.
Business Tech reported that these jobs have remained the most in-demand in past few years:
- Business & Management
- Finance
- Information Technology (IT)
- Sales
- Admin, Office & Support

Up until 2022, IT was one of the most in-demand job sectors, but in 2022 and 2023, there were significant job cuts in this sector.
