As South Africans, we can agree that the struggle is very real.

QS Supplies took it upon themselves to calculate the average number of public toilets per km² and according to their findings, the best of the best is in Paris, France where you can find 6.72 public bathrooms per km².

Sadly on the opposite end of the spectrum, Cairo, Egypt, came in last with a shocking 0.00 per km², with Johannesburg beating them barely with 0.01 per km².

You can find the full list of their findings here.
