Elon Musk has been making moves at the X/Twitter headquarters - and they seem quite questionable...
X, Twitter, or whatever you want to call it these days, has gone through some interesting changes over the last year since South African-born billionaire Elon Musk bought the company in October 2022.

Since then, Musk has made so many changes within the company that it's almost hard to keep up.
The latest being the brand changing its logo from the iconic blue bird to an 'X' logo, which threw everyone for a loop.

Twitter fans and those still using the app have been caught in the middle of all this and have been vocal about their opinions since Musk took charge.
Even those who don't use Twitter anymore are throwing in their two cents, and competitor Meta has taken this as an opportunity to create their own Twitter-themed site, Threads.

Now it seems that Twitter users who have previously been removed/banned from the app are getting their accounts back.
Most notable Ye (formerly known as Kanye West).
The artist was previously removed from the app after he posted multiple tweets inciting anti-semitism and violence towards the Jewish community.

This was during a time when Ye was making headlines for spouting hatred, which led to all of his collaborations and partnerships coming to an end as brands like Adidas distanced themselves from him.
After his acquisition of the company, Musk made the decision to remove Ye as he violated their rules against incitement of violence.
While Ye's account has been restored, he is yet to post anything:

Musk has also restored former US President Donald Trump's account after he was removed for also inciting violence during the storming of the Capitol in January 2021.
This decision was made after Musk posted a poll asking Twitter users whether or not Trump's account should be reactivated:
Elon Musk and X have not yet commented on their choice to reinstate Ye's account.
