It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so CANSA wanted to do something different.

Members of the Drive with Rob and Roz team have seen the effects this disease can have on others.
According to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, "In 2024, more than 360,000 people will be diagnosed with breast cancer."
But there is always hope.

A key part of the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer is early detection.
When it is detected in its earliest, localised stages, the five-year survival rate of breast cancer patients is 99%.
However, there are still many women who do not check themselves regularly enough or don't even know how to examine themselves.

It's also a little-known fact that men can also have breast cancer.
In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Rob Forbes and Rozanne McKenzie wanted to bring more attention to this disease and the campaigns helping fight it.
The team sat down with CANSA's Head of Marketing and Communications, Lucy Balona, to talk about their incredible new campaign, The Dry & Detect Towel Initiative.
