As you grow older you don't remember everything that has happened in your life.
As time goes by your memories will fade.

But sometimes you might find a memory being triggered and you can suddenly recall something that happened a long time ago.
This happened to Roz while she was on the way to work.
She noticed that there was an airplane flying quite low and was immediately reminded of a horribly scary moment she had when she was only five years old.

She also acknowledges that it was all because she had an irrational and bizarre fear.
