No one is expected to know everything, but we've all experienced that moment when something dawns on us for the first time, and we question why we didn't know about it.

A "I was today years old"-moment.

There is a story behind every brand, but you might not know what it is.

Nike was founded by Phil Knight, a former University of Oregon track and field athlete, and Bill Bowerman, his former coach.

Adi Dassler and his brother started their company in their mother's laundry room in Bavaria, Germany, and Adidas was born.

The tweet recently resurfaced with a new wave of people discovering this fun fact.

As it turns out when typed into a calculator, using a mathematical symbol, the square root of answer equals "√ANS'.

This realisation truly surprised many people:

Others were not as thrilled about this "discovery":

Unfortunately, the creators did not consider this when designing the logo for sneaker fans.

According to the Logo My Way blog, "The first-ever Vans logo was created by the son of one of Vans’ founders. He created a stencil he intended to paint on skateboards. His father, James Van Doren, instantly noticed this graphic and put it on Style 95 sneaker’s heel. Then he decided to start the large scale manufacture of skateboarding footwear."

Although it might be more of a coincidence, the brand has become one of the most popular sneaker brands in the world with an iconic logo.
