While the spotlight is usually on the performers, the judges also often grab viewers' attention.
One of the most popular judges is the iconic Simon Cowell.
He is known for his straight-talking and sometimes harsh opinions.

Cowell also tends to make headlines for his appearance, love life and more.
Most recently, there have been rumours of Cowell suffering from a "mysterious illness".
The 65-year-old decided to address these rumours with a tongue-in-cheek post.
Simon started wearing red-tinted glasses a few years ago, which has led to some speculation about his health.
He has also missed a couple of auditions, which has worried fans.

Taking to Instagram, he shared some insight into why he has to wear these glasses and explained his absence.
Cowell says that he has been informed that there are rumours going around about his "illness" and he is here to say that he missed a few days of auditions because of migraines.
I missed two auditions at the end of one day, two weeks ago, because I do get migraines after long days in the filming lights. PS. This is why I wear these glasses!- Simon Cowell
