Who are the municipalities with the most Eskom debt? In #NewsExtended, Christelle du Toit discussed the top 5 offenders.
Eskom announced this week that they are considering disconnecting the City of Tshwane.
The capital is in breach of the Electricity Supply Agreement that it holds with Eskom by failing to pay the R1.6 billion, which was due and payable on 17 August 2022.
