If you have been on social media at all in the last few weeks you would know that everyone has been talking about Kate Middleton.

Even the people who do not care about the British Royal Family have become obsessed with the conspiracy theories and the media storm that has been surrounding the family.
From photoshopped pictures to murder plots, the story of the "missing" Princess of Wales has been exaggerated massively.

It seems that while the Royal Family are keeping things extremely hush-hush after Middleton's surgery and is not going to address any rumours, there are very few trustworthy sources that are sharing any reliable news.
One video that has been making the rounds and is trying to be more levelheaded about the situation involves a former royal employee.

The former butler of Queen Elizabeth and Princess Diana, Paul Burrell, has spoken to news sources about Kate Middleton's situation:

While there has not been any Royal confirmation that this is true, this does seem more likely than some of the other wild theories that have been floating around in recent weeks.
Wherever Middleton may find herself at this point in time, hopefully, she is recovering well and is enjoying her time off.
