The 10th of October is World Mental Health Day and aims to create awareness for issues regarding mental health.
While mental health stigma has reduced, there is still a long way to go.

When people try to be honest or open up about their mental health struggles, there is still the fear of being shamed or judged.
But mental health issues don't make you less worthy than anyone else.

In honour of World Mental Health Day, Rob Forbes and Rozanne McKenzie wanted to share some of their experiences with mental health issues, depression and anxiety.
They also spoke to Roshni Parbhoo-Seetha, project co-ordinator for The South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG), about the World Mental Health Day theme: mental health is a universal human right
