Not a lot of people would be keen to make the 3,257km journey from Musina, Limpopo to Cape Town in a car, never mind on a bicycle.
But Vusi had been looking for a reason to do something good and "The Why" was soon revealed to him.

He decided that he would make this epic trek with his bicycle and not a lot of prior training, with one goal in mind.
He was not doing this for himself but for others in the hopes of collecting 10,000 pairs of shoes which he wants to distribute to children in need.
