Lorna might have started out as a professional ballerina, but she soon turned into a social media star and was bitten by the culinary bug when she came sixth on 'Celebrity Masterchef SA'.
Even though she might be a self-taught chef, she's gone on to become a two-time Gourmand World Cookbook Awards winner and has her own show on BBC Lifestyle called, 'Homegrown Tastes South Africa'.

But that is not all!
Maseko has reached even bigger heights internationally as she recently hosted a pop-up restaurant in Los Angeles, California which was attended by some major celebs, including RnB star Omarion.
Maseko posted about the event on Instagram, where she shared how grateful she was for this opportunity and explained that she also saw this as a chance to highlight the incredible cuisine Mzansi has to offer.

On her menu, she included everything from biltong to atchar, seven colours and ginger beer sorbet!
Just like the South Africans in the comments, we can't help but feel proud when we see SA being championed in such a phenomenal way!
