Shark attack survivor Caleb Swanepoel is taking the stage

From Paralympic athlete to Shakespeare's 'Puck'.
Caleb is a South African-born actor who completed his theatre and performance training at the University of Cape Town.

His experience crosses both traditional film and stage. Alongside his acting career, Caleb is a keynote speaker, has represented South Africa in para-sport, and worked in the tech industry.
Caleb's most recent creative project is a short film which reflects on his experience of surviving a great white shark attack, losing his right leg, and his subsequent relationship with the ocean.

His film is currently in six international film festivals and counting.
It seems like Caleb has already done it all, no matter what challenges he's faced, but there's more!

'A Midsummer Night's Dream' will be showing at Pieter Toerien's Montecasino Theatre from 9 to 19 November.
