'The Sims 2' gets re-release for 25th Anniversary

The 2000s called and it wants you to play 'The Sims' again!
Growing up in the early 2000s was a different time.
Before apps, artificial intelligence, tablets and streaming services, there were simpler ways for kids to spend their time.

'The Sims' is one of the most iconic games, and multiple generations have enjoyed playing its various versions since its release.
It started as a basic life simulator and has grown into a much-beloved pastime, the most recent version being 'The Sims 4'.
Now, 25 years after EA Games first released 'The Sims', they are celebrating their birthday in a massive way.

The video game company has rereleased its popular and first iterations of 'The Sims' and 'The Sims 2'.
The games have been offered together as 'The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle' and also separately as 'The Sims: Legacy Collection' and 'The Sims 2: Legacy Collection'.
Simmers can play with the iconic characters, sounds, and music of some of the games that pioneered the life simulation genre and welcomed so many players into The Sims community. As part of the celebration, players will also receive bonus content in the birthday bundle.- EA Games

Players will be able to live their best 2000s virtual lives again as 'The Sims: Legacy Collection' includes 'The Sims' and bonus content 'The Sims: Livin’ Large', 'The Sims: House Party', 'The Sims: Hot Date', 'The Sims: Vacation', 'The Sims: Unleashed', 'The Sims: Superstar', 'The Sims: Makin’ Magic', along with 'The Sims 4: Throwback Fit Kit'.
