Sports presenter struggles to keep a straight face on live television during prank

Gary Lineker proves he knows how to act professionally in any circumstance.
If there’s one thing we as radio people know, it’s that anything can happen when you are busy with a live broadcast.
Funny and entertaining surprises are always welcome, but a nasty little prank can completely destroy a moment.

Just ask legendary football player Gary Lineker and the rest of the BBC Live team as they were broadcasting the Wolves and Liverpool FA Cup match.
While hosting the pre-match build-up, Lineker was talking to his fellow presenters when they were very rudely interrupted by a very rude sound.

The host bravely tried to keep a straight face and continue the conversation even though the noise was still continuing in the background.
Eventually, he even joked with the other presenter, Alan Shearer: "I don’t know who's making that noise … It's toasty in this studio, it's a bit noisy as well. I don't know if somebody is sending something on someone's phone, if it's a joke. I don't know whether you heard it at home."
