It's almost time for another clash between titans of the sport.

Now, in the Rugby World Cup 2023 final, the two sides are preparing to take each other on once again.

Not only are both teams fighting for the same record - becoming the first team to win the World Cup four times - but the last time they met in the final, South Africa secured the victory in the iconic 1995 game.
This could be considered a bit of a grudge match.
While the build-up to the big game continues, two rugby legends sat down and discussed the game during the Rugby World Cup official podcast.

Two-time World Champion Dan Carter and ex-Springbok captain John Smit joined former England player Ben Kay to talk about both teams' semi-final results and the upcoming match.
More importantly, both former captains spoke about their experiences playing the opposing team.
Some might think that facing the Haka might instil some fear, but Carter mentioned how terrifying it can be to stare into the eyes of a Springbok player.

John also mentioned how some new Springbok players asked for advice on what to do while watching the Haka.
