Vegan or Meaty: Can you spot the difference?

Vegan chef Ilet Jonker, owner of The Flipside Cafe, has joined Rob Forbes and Rozanne McKenzie in studio today in the build-up to their Vegan Week.
In case you might have missed the major announcement, Rob Forbes and Rozanne McKenzie have always wanted to try the vegan lifestyle and the time has come to give it a go.

From the 6th of March to the 10th of March, they will become dietary vegans! They also won't be doing it alone as actress Angelique Gerber and nine listeners will all join them on this journey.
Veganfriendly.org.uk explains that "a dietary vegan is "quite simply someone who follows a plant-based diet – that is, they do not knowingly consume food or drink that contains animal products or (usually) which have used animal products during their production. Dietary vegans may not necessarily forego other non-food items or services that have used animals/animal products, which exploit animals or which have been tested on animals".

Today they are getting a taste of the vegan life, quite literally.
This is thanks to Ilet Jonker who has brought her delicious vegan meals to studio for the team to try.
