Since the tour was announced, fans have been going above and beyond to get tickets to see this possibly once-in-a-lifetime performance.
Swift recently wrapped up her Paris shows, and clearly, some fans were so excited to see her live that they also decided to bring their baby along to the show.

While some shows might have age restrictions, bringing a baby to a live show is not a crime, but the parents of one baby did exhibit questionable behaviour.
In a photo originally shared on X, a baby can be seen lying on the floor in the pit area during the Paris leg of Taylor’s tour.

The source of the picture is unknown, but @whatamind13 also posted a picture of the arena to add perspective to the situation, showcasing the pit area which is generally a standing area.

People instantly criticised the parents:
I have a baby and I couldn’t imagine bringing him to the PIT let alone setting him ON THE FLOOR???!! Like hold him???

This is so irresponsible and dangerous that I don’t even find it in me to make a joke about this I hope this baby was not harmed during the show and that someone reported the parent(s)

Now, the venue, Paris La Défense Arena, has responded to the situation with a statement:
[The] general terms and conditions of sale stipulate that all minors (without any age limit) holding a ticket for a concert at Paris La Défense arena must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18 children remain under their legal guardian responsibility, it’s venue policy. For spectators with a young child in the floor, an alternative seating arrangement has been proposed but refused by ticket holders.- Paris La Défense Arena representative
