VIDEO: Average runners try to race Usain Bolt
This video will remind anyone why he is one of the best to ever do it.
In 2017, one of the greatest athletes the world has ever seen decided to retire.
Usain Bolt won eight gold medals at the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Games.

The fastest man in history, he still holds the world records for 100 and 200 metres. He is the only sprinter to win the 100m and 200m double at three consecutive Olympics.
2024 was filled with excitement as the Paris Olympics took place, and many people reminisced about some of the past Games.
A video recently resurfaced, and it featured Bolt.

After winning at the 2016 Games, Bolt appeared on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden'.
Instead of only doing a standard interview, the show "challenged" Bolt to a race against the show's crew.
There was no trickery, and it was a standard 100m race.

But you can tell that it was more of a normal day for Bolt than the crew.
Before watching the video, you would expect Bolt to leave these crew members in the dust, but it's not that simple.
Watch what happens here:
Bolt was clearly in his element, but viewers noticed one thing about his running: "The fact that Bolt is jogging here and he's still faster than people running their hardest... Hahaha."
Others praised the few racers who managed to at least keep up with Bolt's jogging pace.

During the 2024 Paris Olympics, Rob Forbes and Rozanne McKenzie also wanted to test how hard some of these events truly are.
They, too, took on elite athletes who were experts in various sports.
