Anyone who has ever visited Cape Town knows that the winds down there are no joke.

If you are unfamiliar with the strong and often brutal winds of the Cape, then this video will put things into perspective.

Now that winter has crept across the country, the winds, like the cold and rain, have increased.

In a recent video that has been shared on social media, someone tried to capture a beautiful waterfall.

Only the waterfall was not really falling.

It seems that in the Cape, the laws of science do not apply!

Another commenter mentioned that they have seen this quite often in the mountains between the Huguenot tunnel and the Rawsonville weighbridge.
