What's better than singing in the rain? Surfing in the rain!
We're fully into winter now and everyone is feeling that winter cold.
Unlike Gauteng, the Western Cape does not have dry winters.

Locals have to prepare for rainy and stormy weather in the cold months, and for the last few weeks, the province has been experiencing extremely harsh weather.
You can see how strong the winds in the Western Cape have been by watching this video of a waterfall.
While wet weather can make one feel sad or melancholic, some residents in the area chose to see the brighter side!

A few people said they would like an invite to join in the fun next time and others said they actually saw this as they were driving past the surfers!
Surfing on grass is obviously not a walk in the park, but all the participants managed to pull it off with quite some skill.
Even those that didn't make it look like fun.
However, it is still risky so don't try this at home or in the streets of Gauteng in the summer.
