While the atmosphere might be more relaxed, you’re still among your colleagues.

Your superiors, HR, and fellow employees will all be there, so it’s wise to keep things professional.

Recently, a CEO went viral after a recording of his pre-Christmas party talk was shared online.

Stephen Carter, CEO of recruiting firm Sharp and Carter, had gathered his 203 employees for a meeting.

One of them decided to record Carter's address when it took quite a strange turn.

In the video, which has been widely shared on social media, Carter addresses what behaviour will not be tolerated at the company's Christmas party.

While most managers might simply remind staff to be mindful of their actions, Carter took a much more direct approach.
