Have you ever wondered why we brush our teeth in the morning and in the evening?

Not everyone agrees with this advice.
No study has been able to provide concrete evidence that you should brush your teeth at a certain time, but various sources agree and disagree.
However, Columbia University's Irving Medical Center and many other professionals have stated that you might want to wait a while before brushing your teeth after specific meals.
We definitely recommend holding off on brushing after consuming anything acidic, whether it's fruit, soda, juice, or sour candy. With these medical content creators posting on social media in 2024, it is important to also do your own research.
If you find a video that focuses on mental health, dentistry, or any other medical issues, you should also consult a medical professional before taking any advice at face value off the internet.
