Often people need to set boundaries between certain friends and family members, but more importantly, society has begun setting more clear and steadfast boundaries at work.
Employees have been acknowledging that they shouldn't have to feel bad about taking a sick day when they are indeed sick and there are many other examples of this as well.

How would you react if you found out that the leave you booked seven months ago was suddenly being cancelled by your boss through no fault of your own?
You would probably, like most of us, be furious and want a really good explanation from this person.
TikToker Michael Sanz recently posted a video that made viewers furious.

Mr Sanz, @theoutsourcingexpert, generally posts videos about the work environment and in this video, he shares a story that was sent to him by the boss in question.
Unfortunately for the boss, who thought he was completely justified in his decisions, no one else, including Mr Sanz, seems to agree with him.
