Flight attendant Rania (@itsmekikooooo) has gained thousands of followers on TikTok by posting her experiences there.
In one of her most popular videos, she addresses how flight attendants greet passengers when boarding the flight.
While most passengers consider this general friendliness, they do this for a particular reason.

Rania starts the video by saying that flight attendants do not just greet you out of politeness.

Often, when passengers are too drunk or ill, they will not be allowed on the flight.
