In one of her most popular videos, she talks about the foods she will not eat because of her knowledge as a food scientist.
She starts the video by saying people will hate what she has to say.

If you have ever thrown some sprouts into your salad, you are in for a shocking truth.
According to her, raw sprouts are a very high-risk food.
