When it comes to cleanliness and hygiene, there are lots of conversations about how often you should wash certain things.

No matter what you believe, there are people telling you how regularly you should wash your bed sheets, towels, dishwasher, make-up brushes, and more.
It can be quite exhausting having to keep track of all these different wash days and, naturally, when someone tells you you should be washing your bedsheets every two days instead of every three, you might become sceptical.
Does the timeline really matter?

TikToker Allison Delperdang recently asked a question that has set the comments section on fire.
Allison posted a video in which she asked viewers how often they washed/changed their pyjamas.
She also shares how she's stuck to the same rules she had growing up and she feels like that's fine.

What she probably didn't expect was her video to go viral and the comments section to become a full debate.

Some people were shocked to find out that others wash their pjs more than once a week:

Shar T P: "👋🏽 here lol I dont have enough pjs to be wearing a new pair ech night and the washing 🤦🏽♀️no thnx"

But to most people's clear surprise, there were a few who mentioned they wear a different set every night:

While the debate hasn't fully been settled, there doesn't seem to be a 100% right or wrong answer.
