Their first film, 'Just Go With It,' was released in 2011, and eight years later, they released the Netflix hit 'Murder Mystery'.
While critics didn't rave about the movie, fans loved it, and when they announced 'Murder Mystery 2,' no one could have anticipated its success.
The sequel had near-record views and became an instant favourite amongst viewers.
In the lead-up to its release, Aniston and Sandler did a movie press tour and while they have been friends for many years, there was a little bit of tension in one of the interviews they did.

This particular moment has resurfaced and started making the rounds on social media.
Speaking to USA Today, the pair were discussing working together and all the fun that they've had, when they asked Sandler about the gifts he had given his 'Grown Ups' co-stars.
'Grown Ups' is a 2010 movie starring Sandler, Kevin James, David Spade, Chris Rock, and Rob Schneider.
Sandler then shares that he bought each of his co-stars a Maserati valued at R3,5-million after which Aniston turns to him in shock before "storming out" of the interview.
