Cape Town entrepreneur and influencer Nadia Jaftha has taken to social media to address the speculation about her family situation.
In the last few weeks, the Jaftha family has been involved in a social media storm.

Nadia Jaftha's brother, Taariq, has caused serious controversy over the last few years and Nadia has tried her best to distance herself from her brother.
Taariq is currently married to a woman named Aleesha/Danica and her family has been worried about her and her children.
In mid-February, Danica's brother, Dale Patience, went live on Instagram and shared that they had discovered that she had planned to run away from Taariq, but they could not locate or contact her.

This video is where it kicked off as social media users tried to help the distressed family, especially through reaching out to Nadia and her mother.

There are also abuse and abduction allegations being made by the public against Taariq.
Nadia Jaftha decided to release a statement, distancing herself from her brother's actions, but she then ended up deleting it.
Since then she has not involved herself in any of the drama, until today.
