Schalk Bezuidenhout has been entertaining audiences worldwide for years and is always putting smiles on other people's faces.

Unfortunately, Schalk had some sad news to share with his fans.
He decided to share the news of his divorce on Instagram and Facebook stories.

Instagram and Facebook stories disappear after 24 hours, and he has now explained why he chose to share the news this way.
Bezuidenhout posted an update on social media, in which he mentioned that the internet can be harsh sometimes. Even though he has a thick skin, he wanted to break the news in a way that would prevent anyone from commenting negatively.
He also shared that his mom loves to read comments and asked that people who see the video be kind in their comments.

Schalk then mentions that the most heartwarming thing has been the support he has received from his fans and complete strangers.

Schalk Bezuidenhout and Mica, an art director, began dating in 2017 after being introduced by a mutual friend.
It wasn't long, and in October of 2019, they got engaged but had to postpone any wedding plans because of the COVID pandemic.
Finally, they exchanged vows in KwaZulu-Natal in the summer of 2022.
