There are so many other things that you can negotiate; 📆 Ask for more PTO. 💰Ask for a sign on bonus. ⭐️Ask for a relocation bonus. 📈Ask for a bigger annual bonus. 👑Ask for a better title. 📌Companies expect you to negotiate. Stop telling yourself that they are going to rescind your offer if you negotiate.
