It's been an emotional rollercoaster, that's for sure!
As Springbok supporters, we all feel like we've been going through the most during the Rugby World Cup, both mentally and emotionally.

According to our heart rate monitors, even physically!
But we are only the supporters and there is no way to imagine what the Springbok team; the players, the physios, the coaches, and everyone else involved, might have been going through during this time.
Even Victor Matfield and Jean de Villiers spoke about the immense pressure you feel running onto that field in the green and gold.

Now that the hard part is finally over, the team can wholeheartedly celebrate their win with their loved ones and their country.
They arrived in South Africa at O.R. Tambo International Airport and there was an incredible amount of people waiting to give them the warm welcome they deserve.

It was an emotional day for many, but it seemed to have a genuine and intense impact on Director of Rugby, Rassie Erasmus.
