Every year, in the last few months of the year, streaming giant Spotify shares some interesting statistics with its users.

EskomSePush is a popular app that notifies residents of loadshedding hours, stages and more throughout the day.
To celebrate the end of the year, the company decided to do a Spotify Wrapped video but for Eskom and loadshedding and it's hilarious.

Comments on the video were split into groups saying that they enjoy the comedic spin on this issue and others stating that loadshedding is no longer a laughing matter and should be taken seriously.
At the end of the day, a little humour seems to be the only light at the end of the dark tunnel and doesn't take away from the fact that South Africans everywhere are fed up with the lack of action surrounding loadshedding.
