Recently, a rugby game in Toulouse, France was postponed for a unique reason.
A parachutist was set to land on the field ahead of the Champions Cup last-16 tie between Toulouse and Sale at Stadium de Toulouse.
According to BBC Sport, Captain Yannick Trouillet was supposed to deliver the match ball by parachuting through the roof but things didn't go as planned.

Instead of safely landing on the field, the Trouillet was swept off course and dangled from the stadium's roof.
Trouillet was stuck 30 metres in the air, and officials immediately started working to get him safely down.
Stadium staff and Toulouse's lion mascot gathered post protectors to place as a potential safety mat.

The rugby game was delayed by 25 minutes but firefighters finally managed to save Trouillet from his perilous predicament.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all involved at the stadium, both clubs and the emergency services for safely returning the parachutist to the ground. The safety of the individual and of spectators in the stadium is of the utmost priority. We will pick up with Stade Toulousain and the stadium in due course.- Dominic McKay (Chairman of tournament organisers European Professional Club Rugby)
One would assume that they won't be trying any other stunts any time soon.
