There are few of us who can say that if we were to fall on our faces on a treadmill, shoot off the end of it, and land in a heap on the ground, we would be able to just laugh it off as if nothing happened.
Most people would wish for the earth to swallow you up asap.

Alyssa Konkel recently fell while running on a treadmill at the gym, but her fall was even more embarrassing than usual because she ended up half naked, clinging on for her life.
In the video, you can see Konkel running on the gym apparatus before falling to the ground and clinging to the bars of the machine, unfortunately, the force of the machine was too much and her pants were ripped right down to her ankles before she let go and fell to the gym floor.

Alyssa has since shared the video on her Instagram page and although she might have never expected it, it has since gone viral:
When I watched the video back … I saw my shoelace was untied and I tripped and fell. I hurt myself — my face, lip, knees and shins are skinned.- Alyssa Konkel
While you might think this is a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence, it turns out Alyssa has fallen on a treadmill before and this second time has only made her fear them even more.
Luckily it seems like she's been able to find the humour in the situation and can laugh about it now.
