Wendy Williams rushed to hospital after disturbing letter

The former talk show host and media mogul, Wendy Williams, was rushed to hospital after dropping a disturbing letter from her hotel room.

Wendy Williams has fallen on hard times in the last few years, so much so that she has been living under legal guardianship.

Her court-appointed guardian, Sabrina Morrissey has been overseeing her finances and health since May 2022.

While there have been reports that Wendy's mental and physical health has been on a serious decline, she has been trying to fight against those possibly trying to oppress her.

According to various sources, the New York Police Department responded to a welfare check at an assisted living facility where Williams was being held on March 10th.

The New York Post reported that the 60-year-old had dropped a note from her window earlier that morning and read "Help! Wendy!!"

When the police arrived, she was escorted out of the building, and the emergency medical services took her to a local hospital to be evaluated.

Although Morrissey claims that Williams is "cognitively impaired, permanently disabled and legally incapacitated", the 60-year-old former talk show host is in an ongoing legal battle to end her conservatorship.

In January 2025, the media mogul appeared on a US radio show and spoke about her current condition and living situation.

In this interview, she also claimed that she was unaware of what medications she was being administered.

In a TubiTV and TMZ documentary called 'TMZ Presents: Saving Wendy Williams,' she reveals that she cannot remember the last time she saw a medical professional.

In 2023, it was reported that Wendy Williams had been diagnosed with aphasia and dementia.

Fans and the media had been concerned about Williams as her appearance and behaviour seemed to change drastically over time.

However, it seems like there are more sinister motives behind her being locked up.
