As reported by Jacaranda FM News, the case between former president Jacob Zuma and both journalist Karyn Maughan and the lead prosecutor in his corruption case, Billy Downer, has been postponed.

Zuma accused Downer of leaking his personal medical records to Maughan, but the Director of Public Prosecutions did not prosecute, citing a lack of evidence.
Maughan claimed that she waited until the records were filed three times in court, making it a public document, before she published.

This case has left many people wondering what exactly it takes to prove that somebody committed a crime in South Africa.
