What happens next? Video captures the exact moment a proposal goes horribly wrong!

It's that time of year when romance is in the air.

Scrolling on any social media app just after Valentine's Day, you're bound to see a bunch of happy couples who have said "YES!" to the big question.
While a beautiful or sweet proposal does get our attention, you are probably more likely to stop and watch a video of a proposal gone wrong.

TikTok user @jessicacondonn recently witnessed a very public proposal on Coogee beach in Australia and decided to record the moment. She also then managed to capture the moment when a major mistake almost ruined the entire night.
In the video, you can see the couple surrounded by lights and happy onlookers cheering and clapping as one partner goes down on their knee to propose.

It then cuts to the second half of the video which shows what exactly happened not long after:

As you can see, someone must have dropped the precious ring in the sand and a team assembled in order to try and locate it.
Luckily, the couple was in good spirits as the woman in the video left a comment on the video saying: "Pro tip from my fiancé: don't propose with a loose ring on sand".

Were they able to find the ring?
The woman, TikTok user @Wasaibi.xo, also left a comment to answer the one question everyone was asking and confirmed that they did manage to find the ring.
