The world's shortest woman, Jyoti Amge and the world's tallest woman, Rumeysa Gelgi, recently met for afternoon tea at The Savoy Hotel in London.
In celebration of the 20th annual Guinness World Records Day, Jyoti Amge and Rumeysa Gelgi, the shortest and tallest women living, respectively, met up for the first during lush afternoon tea at The Savoy Hotel in the heart of London.
The two Guinness World Record holders enjoyed a lavish "girls' day out" with a relaxing morning, enjoying delicious tea and pastries.
Rumeysa and Jyoti hit it off instantly and bonded over life experiences and a shared love for fashion and self-care.

"Meeting Jyoti for the first time was wonderful," Rumeysa said about the encounter.
"She's the most gorgeous lady. I was waiting to meet her for a long time."
"I’m used to looking up and seeing people taller than me," Jyoti added, "but I was so happy to look up today and see the world’s tallest woman."
Rumeysa Gelgi, who is a Turkish advocate, stands a whopping 215.16 cm, claiming her spot as the tallest woman.
Indian actress Jyoti Amge, the shortest mobile woman alive, measures 62.8 cm.
"It was difficult for us to make eye contact at times due to our height difference, but it was great," Rumeysa said.

Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief Craig Glenday presented the pair with special certificates at the end of the meeting.
The special blue-and-gold certificates celebrated Rumeysa and Jyoti's status as Guinness World Records ICONS: the cream of the crop of record-breaking achievements.
"I never thought I would be called an ICON, and it's extra special that it is in the 70th-anniversary edition of Guinness World Records," she said.
"I can’t explain how happy I am!"
Rumeysa confessed: "I've seen myself among all these artists and athletes that I’ve always been a fan of – it's an indescribable feeling."
