Ntando wants to become a pilot and he’s an avid Mamelodi Sundowns fan but his life changed drastically.
He is a fan of the Pretoria based team even though he lives in Southern Johannesburg.
His mom, Prudence is a single parent doing the best she can to make sure he gets the best possible education and chance to have a bright future. However, earlier this year, his teachers noticed a problem with Ntando’s eye.
It turned out that scar tissue had formed on his eye from an injury when he was younger and there is a real danger that he could go blind in his eye. This would almost certainly mean an end to his dream of becoming a pilot.
Docx will make Ntando’s cornea transplant a reality, by donating an outstanding R15 000,00 needed to pay for the procedure.
Mamelodi Sundowns has invited Ntando, his mom, Prudence and two more family member to watch Sundowns vs Wits at Loftus Versfeld this past Saturday. Ntando had the ultimate fan experience, sitting it in the players’ box.
Ntando also had the pleasure of meeting his favourite team in the dressing room ahead of the clash between Wits.
We bet he was the good-luck charm as Sundowns triumphed over Wits 2-0!
