Good Morning Angels: One mother's request to help another's son
Young Ethan needs all the help he can get. He was born with Congenital Rubella, a very rare disease.

BACKGROUND: Tatiana Sokol lives in Westonaria. She dedicates her life to her three young children aged one, two, and three. She, however, needs help with caring for her two-year-old son Ethan. He was born with Congenital Rubella, a very rare but dangerous disease that attacks eye sight, hearing, the heart and thyroid, along with many other organs. In his little life, Ethan has had many operations, including on his heart and eyes.
What gives Tatiana sleepless nights is the pain he experiences, She often massages his muscles when they go into spasm to relieve the pain. Ethan’s doctor has advised that an MRI scan is urgently needed to establish exactly what is causing his spasms and pain. However, the family’s medical aid is depleted. Tatiana says the medical aid hardly gets them through the first three months of the year and she is desperately trying to get the funds together for Ethan’s MRI. They’ve even created a Facebook Page: "Let's Help Ethan Please”. A mom, who has gone through the same with her son, has asked Good Morning Angels to help Tatiana and little Ethan.

Good afternoon...Good morning Angels
My name is Marleen Townsend and is the mother of two little children, Brian and Emma. Brian was born with Congenital Rubella in March 2014. He has had three eye operations and open heart surgery, all before the age of one. He has had brain scans, MRI's and lots of blood tests done. He is a wonderful little boy and we are blessed to have been able to help him through our medical aid.
I am actually writing this letter asking help for a mommy who is going through the same, but does not have the finances to help her little boy who has been diagnosed with the same disease since birth. Congenital Rubella is a very rare, but dangerous disease that attacks your eye sight, hearing, heart and thyroid, along with many other organs.
Tatiana Sokol is a mommy who desperately needs for her two year old little boy, Ethan to go for an MRI scan so that they can see the extent of the damage to the brain.
Ethan was born blind, with a hearing impairment and a damaged heart. He has also gone for heart surgery and eye surgery. Unfortunately he is in a lot of pain and Tatiana doesn't always know what's wrong. His hips has also started giving in and needs extensive care. Their biggest concern at the moment is the MRI scan which costs roughly R 12 000.
They have created a Facebook site "Let's Help Ethan Please". He is the cutest little boy and I feel that I owe it to them to just try to help by asking Good Morning Angels to help with the funding for this MRI scan. My son got a second chance with medical help and I know that Ethan and his whole family can benefit from expert help.
