#WinterIsComing which means cold and flu season is around the corner. While prevention is the best defense, what does one do when symptoms hit?
Some of us prepare for the cold and flu season by getting a flu-shot, many make use of over-the-counter medication but then there are some who opt for herbal home remedies or kitchen cures.

My Gran's homemade 'Ginger, honey, lemon, cayene powder & asprin-doepa' does the trick for me!
