'21 days to create a habit is a myth' - a life coach explains

We've all heard the saying, 'it takes 21 days to create a new habit or break an old one', right? Well, it may be wrong!

It may take far longer than just 21 days and require a little more work on your part, but the result will be worth it!
Jason Bernic is a certified life and business coach, with a successful coaching practice in Johannesburg, he also joins us occasionally to share some of his wisdom to help us be better humans, and this week is no different!
This week, Jason explains that it may take more than 60 days to create new habits, or break the 'bad' ones, but also, he gives us the toolkit we need in order to succeed! All we need to do now, is put them into practice!
