"If I'm to offer any advice - don't lose yourself in a relationship" - Carolyn Steyn joins Danny in studio!
Updated | By Danny Painter
She's a philanthropist, actress, patron of the arts, and creator of the 67 Blankets for Madiba charity - but she is also so much more!
Carolyn Steyn is a force to be reckoned with. She has overcome the loss of her mom, leaving Hollywood behind, and health scares to come out the other side kinder, stronger, and more determined than ever to make a difference in the world!
After a dare from former President Nelson Mandela's assistant Zelda le Grange to knit 67 blankets, Carolyn roped in friends and family and the 67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela movement began. But, not even she knew how big it would become!
Another great article : Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen wants your recipes!
In a beautiful, honest, and moving interview, she sat down with Danny - while crocheting - to talk about the movement, its beginnings, and how far it has come.

You can listen to the interview here:
Carolyn left Danny with a ball of wool and a crochet hook, with a promise for a blanket in 2020!
Also listen to: "Even though he strangled me so hard I lost my voice, he didn't stop me from speaking out!"
Will you pledge a blanket for 2020?
