Meet the first ever transgender character - Maya (Myron) Avant!
Played by the incredible Karla Cheathham Mosley, the character was the first ever transgender bride to be married on daytime television when her character married Rick Forrester (Jacob Young).
She took some time our of her day to chat to me about this important role and breaking barriers across the world:
