The right way to get angry
Updated | By Danny Painter
Anger is in itself neither good nor bad—it’s what you do with it that matters.

We've all been angry with our significant other at one point or another. I've been known to lay in bed fuming at my blissfully unaware, snoring husband for hours. So angry, all I can think about is how I can keep my dog in the divorce.
Been there? Apparently there is a better way to deal with anger. Other than the obvious explosion, throwing of coffee mugs (I'm dramatic) and anger induced insomnia. But, as with most relationship issues, it takes a bit of work and communication.
It all starts way before the fight. It starts with communicating how we deal with anger. How we communicate our anger towards each other. And not allowing things to bottle up over time.
Do you get angry? What tips do you have for getting angry the right way?
