Tome is writing his story one song at a time!

The former electrician and contractor changed careers at 45, jumping head first into the industry he was born for!
Having taken up an electrical apprenticeship after high school, Conrad spent most of his early adult life working in contracting and sales. Despite growing up in a home filled with music and singing in the school choir, Conrad held back, making excuses as to why he couldn’t pursue his dream in music.
Another great podcast: It's a thing: Neon Dreams
He says that “life just always seemed too complicated.”
It took a significant life event, the death of his younger brother, to help him reassess his life and all his excuses. He began to ask himself, “Am I really doing what I love? Am I making a real difference?”
The answer was his driving force to get out of the shower and head into studio to record something substantial. He contacted his friends Neil Benjamin and Lynne Poulsen Blamire to help produce some music and Tome was officially born.
I got to hang out with him on a Zoom to chat abut music and his life! Watch it here:
